This past week we had a little round of snow and ice. I went out with my macro lens and saw this leaf still on an oak tree. It was cupped and held the snow-ice that had fallen. When I searched the Scriptures, I came across this verse from the book of Job.
This bible verse and section of Job is a reminder of God’s majesty and power. I recognize and trust the Lord’s creation of seasons – in nature and in life’s journeys. I know He holds me in His hand always. The world can be harsh, as we see this past week, however I am thankful that God’s plans are not thwarted. I may not understand current events now and then, but I do have faith that all that transpires is in His design. My mission and prayer are that I may share the love of Jesus at the opportunities I have and not let the cold world affect my attitude. May you have a blessed week ahead.
