Good morning, all!
My sister and I have been battling covid all week (she got it first and 3 days later I caught it). I am just now starting to feel better. Thank you for praying for us, please continue to pray for complete healing for both of us. This photograph of a lemon tree, close up, with the stages of fruit gave me some inspiration as I concentrated on this bible verse most of the week. I noticed there are new blossoms on the tree with fruit ready to ripen and fruit ready to be picked. As the tree has its purposeful growth stages, my growth stages of trusting God with all my heart got exercise this week. When you are in the trenches of sickness, is when you must rely on the Lord to get you through. The blossom of hope leading to confidence are how God got me through the rough patches this week. One minute at a time sometimes but He was faithful, like always. May you all be blessed and healthy this week!

I am in a funk lately; many life things going on (now a close family member is in the hospital) and I am getting a bit worn mentally. I know that these are times to seek spiritual strength from the Lord and it has been hard to compel myself to get into the word like I should. So, the popular saying is ‘just do it’. I am going to try harder, because I know the promise of this Scripture verse means what it says. As this bee seeks the nectar, I know that putting my heart into the seeking of God, and being sincere about it, will produce fruit.
So, as we all dedicate time to the Lord today, may we all have blessings this week in doing what is right. |
AuthorI am a photographer who enjoys matching Bible Scripture to my photographs. I posted Photo-Scripture here for 4 years for encouragement and I urge you to look up the scripture in your bible and read it for insight on how much God loves you!. Please see the archives for more. Archives
