Photo-Scripture – One Church
The word ‘schism’ in the Greek language is division, rent (as in torn) – a split or gap or dissension. The care and concern we have for one another is essential for everyone’s well-being. All God’s people have unique gifts and functions. Some serve in a communal way and there are many that serve ‘behind the scenes’. Caring includes being appreciative and being attentive to ministry needs. Harmony among the saints is a beautiful thing. I pray that I will be mindful of everyone who has a large role and a small role in the workings of His Church. May God keep the unity of our church bodies, may they join in the Spirit, may they reach our communities for the sake of our Savior, Christ Jesus.
